In 2000 we invest 12 million US Dollars to establish a huge bonded warehouse and rubber-processing center in Qingdao Free Trade Zone. We import natural rubber and synthetic rubber,, process them in the Free TRADE Zone, and then supply to our contracted tyre factories. There is a preferential policy in Free Trade Zone, on one hand, rubber and other material can be imported and stored into Free Trade Zone without import duty, On the other hand, tyre factories can immediately apply for refunding taxes on exported goods while they delivering tyres into tree trade zone, thus this makes tyre factory greatly save all the operation cost and accelerate the cash flow,so our tyre price is also far lower than other tyre and traders.
